  1. Just a heads that a ‘t’ is missing at the end of “than I thought” when Lisa is speaking.

Love getting to know Lisa more and see her get to actually know James beyond her initial fantasy.

    1. Thanks for the typo, I’ll correct it right away!

  2. I think Lisa is discovering celebrities aren’t always what they are despite what she has read or heard from people or the Internet. They are people just like her, Charlie and Louis.
As for James, he has to put on a ‘mask’ to keep the imagine clean but on the inside he is sad.

@comeonwhostolemyname, it doesn’t seem like I can reply directly, but I think the reason his passion for photography is sad is because he’s not really “allowed” to follow his passion since it isn’t useful to his family name (Chapter 18, particularly pages 19-22)

  4. Romance is overrated, here’s to more hope for a friendship arc between Lisa and James~!

  5. For however irritating James is, it’s hard not to feel bad knowing he’s expected to give up his dream to keep up his family’s influence

  6. Oooh I’m glad she’s finally seeing the real James, I wonder if this could make her feelings for him more genuine as a part of character growth. It feels lightly like she was pursuing him as a part of her “popular character”. Also the pages are epic as always

Whats so sad about a passion for photography?

    1. Because he can’t really pursue it as a potential career because of his family’s expectations :/

  8. I’ve been following this comic for years every friday, I’m waiting for it to come out. Keep up the good work😊
